What happens/What should I do when I arrive?

On arrival in the city, delegates are required to make their own way to their accommodation and/or to the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre.

Climate

The weather continues to get colder in November in London, UK, when autumn is morphing into winter. The average temperature is 10°C.

Currency

The UK currency is the pound sterling (£/GBP). There are numerous bureaux de change in London – often located inside banks, travel agents or Post Offices, as well as at London's airports and major train stations.

Visas

If you require a Visa to enter the UK, please select the “I require a visa letter” option during your registration. The necessary documentation will be sent to you after the registration and payment process is complete. If you are unsure whether you require a Visa, please click here.

Where is the event taking place?

The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre is located in Westminster, with less than a five minutes’ walk from Big Ben and the Thames and directly opposite Westminster Abbey it is the perfect location.
